There's something magical about the early years; a time when curiosity runs wild, imagination knows no limits, and every day is an opportunity to discover something new. That's exactly the spirit behind Blossom & Grow, our brand-new fine arts early learning program launching this September at Carroll County Dance Center & Ballet Conservatory!

Why Blossom & Grow?
We believe the early years are some of the most important for a child's development and the arts play a powerful role in that growth.
Blossom & Grow weaves dance, music, art, and imaginative play into every day, helping little ones build confidence, coordination, social skills, and creativity, all while preparing them for Kindergarten and beyond.
This isn't just about learning shapes and colors. It's about giving children a joyful, developmentally-rich foundation, led by instructors who bring real training and experience in the arts, not just a general early childhood background.
Program Highlights
Full fine arts integration: dance, music, art, and imaginative play
A developmental, play-based curriculum
Friendship-building in a warm, nurturing environment
Taught by CCDC's own experienced instructors

Meet Your Teachers

Blossom & Grow is directed by Megan, who brings 28 years of teaching experience and a BFA in Dance Performance & Education, plus nearly two decades right here at CCDC since 2007.
"I hope that students remember my class as being a safe place to explore the world of the arts and be creative," Megan shares.

Leading the classroom as Lead Teacher is Lisa, who brings 25 years of teaching experience, training from the School of American Ballet and a BFA from UNC Greensboro, and a background in Early Childhood Education.
"I hope my students remember that I always believed in them and encouraged them to believe in themselves," Lisa shares.

Rounding out the team as Assistant Teacher is Lily, whose history with CCDC goes back nearly 18 years, starting as a student herself before becoming a summer camp assistant and now a full instructor specializing in ballet, tap, and jazz.
"I want every child to leave with a love of creativity," Lily shares.
