The Nutcracker, presented by Carroll County Dance Center and Ballet Conservatory.
This tradition is so close to our hearts and we are extremely excited to continue to share this performance with the community!
Not only do you have two shows to choose from, our beloved Nutcracker Tea and Breakfast with Clara events will be a family favorite again this year.
We cannot wait to share the extraordinary talent, across the board, from performance to event.

Breakfast with Clara
We're excited to be bringing you two opportunities this year for Breakfast with Clara!
Much like our popular Nutcracker Tea, join Clara for a delicious array of breakfast goodies, of course accompanied by juice, hot cocoa, and tea/coffee (for our adults).
You'll be treated to excerpts from our full length performance and have an opportunity to meet Clara, while taking pictures with dancers.
Young children revel in this event!

Nutcracker Tea
Our ever popular Nutcracker Tea is back!
Enjoy tea, hot cocoa, punch, finger sandwiches, and cookies while watching excerpts from our full length performance. Have an opportunity to meet Clara and take pictures with the dancers too!
This is the perfect event for young children.

Our Guest Artists
Ariel Morilla as Cavalier
Born in Cuba, Ariel began his ballet training at age 10 at the Fernando
Alonso, National School of Ballet, from which he graduated in 2018
and joined the National Ballet of Cuba.
At the company he performed
as corps de ballet as well as soloist roles, and was selected to perform
works by Uwe Scholz, Ricardo Amarante, Alexei Ratmansky and
Ben Stevenson.
He participated in several tours to Costa Rica, Spain, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico.
Presently he is a member of Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami.
He has participated in works by renowned choreographers such as Ryan Jolicoeur-Nye, Alysa Pires, Jerry Obdenaker, Stephanie Martinez, Melissa Verdecia, and Yanis Pikieris. He has participated in important events such as the International Ballet Festival of Miami.
Natalie Alvarez as Sugar Plum Fairy
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Natalie began her dance journey in local studios before receiving her formal ballet training at Ballet Concerto School of Miami under the guidance of Aida Villoch.
In 2013, she was recognized as a YoungArts winner in Classical Ballet, which provided her the opportunity to work alongside renowned figures such as choreographer Desmond Richardson, actor Robert Redford, and other esteemed artists and educators.
Natalie went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Management, followed by a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from St. Thomas University, completing her graduate studies during the pandemic.
Professionally, Natalie was a company artist with Ballet de Monterrey in Mexico, where she performed featured roles including “Mercedes” in Don Quixote, “Tinker Bell” in Septime Webre’s Peter Pan, and “Reina del Jardín” in Thiago Soares’ Le Corsaire. Since returning to Miami, she has continued to perform with the Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami and appears regularly as a freelance guest artist.
Her repertoire includes principal and soloist roles such as Lise in La Fille Mal Gardée, Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Kitri in Don Quixote, Raymonda, and selections from La Sylphide, La Bayadère, Le Corsaire, and Giselle (including one of the two Wilis and the Peasant Pas de Trois).
