We’re thrilled to announce that enrollment for the 2025–2026 Season at Carroll County Dance Center & Ballet Conservatory is now open to the public!

As we celebrate the beginning of our 35th season, we’re looking ahead with gratitude for the past and excitement for what’s next. Whether your dancer is taking their first step into the studio or continuing on a focused training path, we’re honored to be part of their journey.

🩰 Something for Every Dancer

At CCDC, we know every dancer is unique—and we’ve designed three clear pathways to meet them where they are and support their individual goals, interests, and needs:

✔️ Dance Discovery

We're proud to introduce Dance Discovery—our newly refreshed program for ages 3.5–9, complete with a brand-new logo that reflects the creativity and joy at the heart of these classes!

Dance Discovery is the perfect starting point for young dancers just beginning their journey. These 9-week session classes offer a low-pressure introduction to movement and rhythm, while still delivering high-quality instruction rooted in early childhood development.

Classes include Pre-Ballet & Tap (ages 3.5–6) and Beginning Ballet & Tap (ages 6–9). These age-appropriate classes build coordination, musicality, and classroom readiness through imaginative, structured movement.

This is a wonderful option for first-time dancers or families seeking a short-term experience that still feels special.

✔️ Leveled Program

Our Leveled Program runs from September through June and offers flexible, once-a-week classes across a variety of styles—ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and hip-hop. With convenient back-to-back scheduling and the same exceptional CCDC faculty, this program fits easily into busy family calendars.

Leveled classes offer a strong foundation in dance education, developing coordination, strength, and musicality. This pathway is a great fit for dancers exploring their interests, preparing for high school dance teams, or simply enjoying dance as part of a well-rounded life.

Performance opportunities include in-class showings and onstage experiences every other year.

✔️ Conservatory Program

Our Conservatory Program is designed for dancers who are ready to make dance a primary focus. With multiple required classes each week, students follow a comprehensive, ballet-based curriculum supported by classes in modern, tap, jazz, and conditioning.

This path supports dancers working toward pointe readiness, pre-professional training, or collegiate programs, and offers additional performance opportunities each year.

If your dancer is driven, enthusiastic, and eager to grow in a focused environment—this is the place for them.

👯‍♀️ Dance Isn’t Just for Kids

At CCDC, we believe it’s never too late to dance. Our Adult Classes are welcoming, energizing, and thoughtfully designed for adults of all backgrounds—whether you’re stepping into ballet for the first time or returning to the barre after a break.

Offerings include:

• Adult Tap (Drop-In)

• Adult Intermediate Ballet (Drop-In)

• Adult Advanced Adult Beginner Ballet (Drop-In)
