Cons 6.HEIC

Conservatory 6A

Mondays 4:30 - 6:00 pm

Fridays 4:30 - 6:00 pm

Saturdays 12:00 - 1:30 pm

Note: Dancers must enroll in all three Conservatory 6A classes, at least one Pointe 6A, and Modern 6A. Conditioning class strongly recommended.

Pointe 6A.HEIC

Pointe 6A:

Mondays 6:00 - 6:30 pm

Fridays 6:00 - 6:30 pm

​Note: Dancers must be enrolled in the Conservatory Program in order to participate in Pointe classes.

Tap 6A 

Tuesdays 5:45 - 6:45 pm

​

Tap dance is characterized by using the sounds of tap shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion. The sound is made by shoes that have a metal "tap" on the heel and toe.

 

Classes will explore several styles of tap dance, including rhythm, classical, and Broadway.

​

Tap 6A is for intermediate tap students with several years of experience. 

​

Jazz 6A

Tuesdays 5:45 - 6:45 pm​

​

Jazz 6A is an intermediate level classes for students with at least 3 years dance experience. A strong warm-up is followed by longer, more complicated combinations. 

​

Modern 6A.HEIC

Modern 6A

Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:30 pm​

​

Modern dance developed as a response to the restrictions of classical ballet.

​

Modern 6A continues the study of Limon technique.

​

Intermediate Hip Hop

Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:15 pm​

​

Get ready to move and get funky with the Hip-Hop classes. Hip-Hop is
seen in popular music videos. You will learn various styles including Hip-Hop, Popping, Locking, Wacking, and House.

​

Conditioning 6A

Fridays 6:45 - 7:30 pm​

 

Drawing on concepts from Pilates and Yoga, this class is designed to help create long, lean, strong muscles and provide the cross training that today's dancers need. Primary focus will be on the core muscles of the abdomen and back with additional upper
body and leg exercises. Conditioning class is recommended for all dancers ages 11 and up.

Ballet

Girls: burgundy leotard, pink convertible tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in a clean bun

Boys: white leotard or fitted t-shirt tucked in, black tights, white socks, white ballet shoes

 

Tap

Girls: burgandy leotard, pink/black tights, black tap shoes, hair in a clean bun or ponytail, black jazz pants/shorts optional

Boys: white t-shirt, black shorts or jazz pants, white socks, black tap shoes

 

Jazz

Girls: burgandy leotard, pink/black tights, non-marking black jazz shoes, hair in a clean bun or ponytail, black jazz pants/shorts optional

Boys: white t-shirt, black shorts or jazz pants, white socks, non-marking black jazz shoes

Modern

Girls: burgandy leotard, pink/black footless tights, hair in a clean bun or ponytail

Boys: white t-shirt, black footless tights or fitted dance pants

​

Hip Hop

Non-restrictive clothing and non-marking sneakers that have not been worn outside,

hair secured away from face, no bare midriffs

If you are a first time student joining our 2025 - 2026 season, you will receive a special Tote Bag filled with goodies (after your free trial class and included in your registration fee) such as a leotard, tights, and bun making kit.

You will also be sized for shoes at the studio. â€‹
