We are pleased to offer yoga classes taught by ISHTA Yoga teacher, Abby Thouin! Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame and has nearly 4,000 hours of yoga training and teaching experience.  Please bring a mat and a water bottle to all classes. If you have any questions regarding your suitability for classes, feel free to contact us or reach out to Abby directly at  Minimum enrollment of 5 students in a class required for the monthly session to be held.  Tuition will be refunded or transferred to another class 5 days prior to the start of each session in the event of cancellation due to lack of enrollment.

Gentle Yoga Basics
Tuesdays + Thursdays // 10:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
A gentle yoga class a well-rounded class suitable for all levels, this class will help any level of student to focus on alignment of posture and connection with the breath. Each class incorporates stillness using breath-work and meditation techniques, finishing in savasana pose to allow the practice to fully integrate.

Bliss Yoga
Fridays // 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
You made it through another week, take time to slow down in this wonderfully relaxing gentle stretching and restorative yoga class. This class will be a nice balance of stretching, unwinding and surrendering into the yoga props as you move and stretch gently aligned with the breath in a calming and quieting practice to soothe the central nervous system.

Vinyasa Flow
Sundays // 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Vinyasa Flow is a well-rounded class suitable for students who are familiar with yoga and/or have strong body awareness and in good physical condition.

Grace and Gravity
Sundays // 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Steady yourself for another week by taking time to slow down in this wonderfully relaxing gentle stretching and breath work class. Fall into ease as you feel the earth support your body as you practice the art of letting go, surrender and releasing!
