Adult Summer Programs

Looking for a fun way to stay in shape and learn something new?  Consider joining a dance class. Our summer adult offerings include Ballet (beginner through advanced), Jazz, Tap, Conditioning, Social Ballroom and new this Summer, Zumba!  In addition to being a great mind-body work out, dancing also promotes cardiovascular fitness and good posture.  Remember that regular physical activity keeps your body and brain healthy as you age.  Read on for some of the many benefits of dancing.
