Dmitri Malikov graduated from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy (Russia) in 1987. He was a soloist and principal dancer with the Donetsk Ballet Co., Lvov Ballet Theater and Moscow City Ballet. He has toured the United States, United Kingdom, Poland, Estonia, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong, Sinagapore and Italy. In 1994 and 1995 he was invited to dance in the International Festival "Stars of World Ballet" and in 1995 promoted to Highest Category Ballet Artist. Mr. Malikov has worked as guest dancer with the Baltimore Opera and the Peabody Dance Department, in addition to performing and teaching with Ballet Theatre of Maryland.
